Motoshige Graters - White
Description:
Made from traditional Iwami clay, the ceramic teeth of these graters create sharp, clean cuts when grating ginger, garlic, radish or even larger vegetables like carrots, daikon, onions and tomatoes if using the medium or large size graters. The silicone base on the bottom stops slipping while grating, and as an added bonus, they are easy to clean.
Due to the natural material of the clay, there may be slight variations.

Made in Shimame, Japan by Motoshige, which established back in 1925 and is known to produce high quality mortars and graters.

Medium - 6" diameter
Large - 7.25" diameter

Care Instructions:
Dishwasher safe. Avoid cleaning with metal or abrasive scrubbers, or using excessive force on imbedded porcelain pieces or they may get damaged. Make sure it is completely dry before storing.
Returns must be made within 2 weeks in original, unused condition with all packaging for either 1. Store credit for the full amount or 2. Refund - minus a 20% restocking fee.
