At Tortoise General Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully wrap your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as we cannot accept damaged goods.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
